Error Massage while upload an attachment

Hallo,

while uploading a pdf-file in a post I got an error message

There was a problem processing the uploaded file. Please contact us for assistance.

It make no difference if i save to database or filesystem.

The pdf is small. 557kb

I enlarged the attachment size to 50mb and every thing was fine.

But after the update IPS and php we can attach no more attachments.

Need help.
