Guest can not download files in forums that are public. Here I get the errorcode 2C171/1.

In the administration panel I only can forbid the upload of files but not the download.

Where can I change the setting, that the user-group guests can download files?

Please review the forum permissions and ensure that guests have permission to download attachments.
