just signed up for the IPS Cloud solution and was setting up my board. The sales documentation claims there is a resident chat function, and that you set it up in the "community" portion of the admin site.  However, there is no "chat " dialogue in my community section.  Do I need to download a plug in.  I have cometchat on my prior site, do I need to transfer cometchat here.

If you go to the Application section in your Admin Panel, is Chat enabled?

i have the same issue. however i figured since i am not a legacy user (grandfathered in) this option is not shown for us since they are discontinuing starting May 1 of this year.
