How to debug widget template error?

Hellow guys,

I see followinf error in sidebar top:

[[Template core/front/global/widgetContainer is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

But there are no blocks/widgets even set to be displayed in sidebar. How to debug, why this error appears?

What's the right way to debug?
