3 suggestions involving tags.
First, the ability to check a bunch of posts, then using the mod cp add or remove a given tag / tags to all selected posts would be nice. 
I imagine the icon toolbar that comes up when posts are checked (pin, feature, move etc) could gain a + sign that brings up a tags list, selectable to add or remove.

Second would be a tag formatting option in the theme: Button colors, tag colors.

Third would be a check box next to all the topics that show up when you click on a tag to search for more of the same tag.  That would allow mods to search a board by tags, then check all the posts with that tag and move them all to a single location.

Yea, it would work perfectly, unfortunately it's a bit expensive for us.
