So I put a trophy to be awarded when a user purchases the Premium subscription. I tested it with an account, didn't work. Even did it via Commerce and forum usergroup. What do I do?

btw, what does the Debug Page say? What criteria were set?

When a user upgrades, the award just isn't awarded. Requirements are having the commerce package and/or having the usergroup.

When creating the trophy again, I now have this error show up when viewing profiles with the award:

 

I cannot determine if I fixed the issue due to this.

 

Update: When a user is in the group, the award is not given but rather, administrators are given the award.

Had to disable the awards system due to the error happening and restricting posts with this error message.

Hi,

• I see we can set when a member has joined for more than one day, could we have an option that will do it as soon as they register?
• Can we use trophies to award a member who goes into another group? I tried Group Check and selected the group but I guess it doesn't work like that.

Especially focused on downloads 

earn for popular file in downloads (based on download count) PLEASE 

earn for sum total files download count

earn for number of files in store

more...

open to ideas here but I would like more things available for trophy criteria.

Loads, but I'm hoping mine will just be using the inbuilt functions of the suite as not to make it difficult.

• Group Member Promotions - When a member earns 100 posts (example), I have a group promotion in place. It will be good to see that they also get a trophy based on their group. We've got Admin and Mod - But being able to select your own groups would be nice
• A trophy for new registrations - (not just based on a number of days).
• Trophy for Months and Years - I think a simple drop down to choose from would be good. As it will detect from when they registered.
• Trophy for Profile Cover.
• Trophy for completing 'Complete Profile' - New IPS setting, detected at 100%.

If I think of more I'll add asap as to catch it for v1.2

That's already possible.

Can't you already use the "registered  for x days" criteria?

Ah... That's what I first I thought it did, but it didn't work. I will try and test this again to see if it works, as this could be me...

Going by them settings I will only be able to award from 1 day, unless it can use '0' and it detects as soon as they've registered?

Yes, it would work for

@Fosters I've just tried this, set it to one group - the only option I selected on the settings was the usergroup. When I saved and reloaded the option was ticked to say disabled and the group was blank. I selected the same options and clicked save and reload and it saved the settings. But, I was then as an admin awarded the trophy, and the usergroup I had selected wasn't awarded...?
