Calling Gallery images by their static URL

I am running on 3.4.x at the moment and I can call IP Gallery images to my IP Content Databases templates via the following string.... 

 <img src="https://www.website.com/gallery/?module=images&section=img_ctrl&img={$data['record']['cover_image']}&file=medium" height="320" alt="{$data['record']['ImageTitle']}">

I tried the same string on 4.x and it does not seem to work. Does anyone know what the new string would be. Right now my members only need to go to a IP Content Database record and enter in the image ID number to render an IP Gallery image.
