DeveloperMode unable to access profile page

Hi, I am attempting to create my first plugin for IPB, but with a fresh installation of ipb, and just installed developer tools, and got it running, now when I attempt to visit a user profile page, i am met with  this error. Can anyone please explain how to get back to normal?

If you rebuild the search index from the ACP (System -> Search) does it resolve the error? It seems like you might have a bad search result being returned somehow.
