Quiet Repentance Posted December 21, 2016 Share Posted December 21, 2016 I would like the browser notifications feature to either be opt-in or disabled completely. I do not want every user's browser to ask for permission to push notifications when they visit the site. Is there a way to disable or otherwise control this feature? Immediately confronting a user with a popup when they sign in strikes me as incredibly rude, and I know from personal experience that I hate it when a site bombards me with a request to allow notifications when I visit it.
