CaliPilot Posted December 10, 2016 Share Posted December 10, 2016 Hi, as i understood you should (or better have to) create profile fields, user groups and stuff like that in front of the migration. But what about the forum structure? Should i also create the categories, forums, subforums etc? In the help guides it says: Quote Set up groups, profile groups etc - During the conversion, you will be asked to map your current usergroups, profile fields etc over to the relevant fields in the IPS software, so ensure you have these set up ready for you to just map them. Ohio Guns Posted December 11, 2016 Share Posted December 11, 2016 I believe it will give you the option to create new if you forget something so those things they listed are the major ones to cover and save some time.
