Lost of topics or data, should be organized to learn

Would be effctive and good for all to use less time to search infor to learn. The forum with time will be amound very data or topics, some are usefully but not all, I think the data is value, should be organized, filter and show it like a curse or guide, or academy of community, will be very help, the people will learning use the software(IPS) effective and faster, users(admins) stronger, company stronger. Community perspective. 

But normally, if I want to learn some thing, I have to search and search, read read read, topic by topic, post by post, hours and hours and maybe finally...only little thing to know.
