Posted November 30, 20168 yr Good evening, An issue was brought to my attention tonight, and I wanted to put it here before I raise a ticket. A member informed me they were unable to edit their signature. I thought it was weird because I could see and edit their signature. It wasn't until I tried to edit my own signature that I noticed the issue. For some reason, editing of own signatures is impossible outside of adminCP, which is a problem because not everyone has access to that CP. Is there a setting I have missed somewhere? November 30, 20168 yr Make sure the group has it enabled under ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit -> first tab (Group Settings) scroll down to Signatures headline. Also ensure in ACP -> Members -> Profiles -> Profile Settings that Signatures are enabled.
December 1, 20168 yr Author Signatures are enabled in both settings tabs. I still cannot edit my own signature but can edit others. Any other suggestions?
December 8, 20168 yr Author This is now resolved. I was looking in the wrong place. *hangs head in shame* This can be closed now.
