@Fostersis there a way to have the applications have an approve or reject button on the post? If approved it assigns certain forum roles and also notifies the individual?

Lately it seems that the Redirect Target isn't working. Sometimes it takes the applicant to the right page and sometimes it takes them to page where all the applications are listed. Do you think this is a bug with your application or something else on my site causes it? No error codes, nothing in error logs or system logs.

In regards to when someone Create a application it does not automatically give them the Applicant Group that i defined in the Settings of the individual form,

They'll get moved once the application was approved/accepted.

Is there any Way to Make it so when they submit a Application and it goes tot he website they automatically get the role?

Or is there a way to allow people to ONLY see their application?

Is it accessible? Do you see it with another account? Is it only a one time application? All this stuff would result in the application not showing in the list for specific people.

Both are amazing ideas. I'll make sure to include them for the next major release which will come once IPS 4.6 was released

Is it possible to change the format at which the application will output into a thread?

I don't like how the questions are bulletin.

You'll have to edit the forms/index template and remove following code:

You can customise this by editing the forms/topic template.

Hey thanks for responding, though I am quite new to Invision still and am wondering where exactly I'd locate that index template. Thank you in advance ❤️

So, we're trying to do a few things.

1. When an application is posted, it creates a forum post in a certain area, where all can see, but only the person who applied can reply. 
2. How do those who have applied view their application so they can comment on it, etc.

Also, do you ever plan to work with possible discord integrations so that when an application is approved or denied, it can DM that person?

@Fosters I would drop $500 on a Discord integration, something similar to this where the results can be accessible from the website and the Discord.

So you both want the results posted to Discord? You can already do this with Zapier, but I'll see if I can build it direct into the app.

Anyway, it's going to be included as stand alone feature in my app too with the 4.6 version 🙂
