im waiting a form that once its submitted will create a topic in a section in the forum but cant find one out their

Ideally looking for someone to do it but im on cloud hosting so dont know if that would effect it

This would be nice to have on the market place. People fill in some forms made by the Administrator and using user's input, it creates a topic.

like for my use i want an application where i ask a few details and wanted it to create a post under a section i think it would be nice to have as it saves people having to create the topic themself
