Sabiza Posted November 22, 2016 Share Posted November 22, 2016 Hello everyone, I finally managed to launch our forums but I found out that I am not able to upload any cover picture to my profile. More users are also affected by this issue. I set up that administrators can upload 4996kB for the cover picture. I made sure that the settings are allowed. I get the error "There was a problem processing the uploaded file. -200" once I try to upload any .jpg image as a cover picture. Any idea what is happening? AndyF Posted November 22, 2016 Share Posted November 22, 2016 Your post_,max_size in php.ini is set to 8MB but your upload_max_filesize is only 2MB. You'll not be able to exceed 2MB with any upload with it like that. Contact your host and ask them to increase upload_max_filesize in php.ini for you, ask for 8MB so it matches the post_max_size.
