What's the best solution for Backing Up my Forum?

I currently have CPANEL/WHM as my Server Control Panel. I wanted to PING the PRO's of IPS Community to see what's the best way to back up your forum?

I am currently using CPANEL Full Backup to backup my Forum. I just wanted to know what the other IP Board Owners are using and what is the best practices & or solutions to back up.

If your on a cpanel server then stick with cpanels backup but make sure you tick the box to backup the mysql db's as well

I use VPS cloud backups from OVH

I have seen OVH on the VPS seen, how is their pricing an service? I am currently using vpsdime.com

They are cheap and my uptime is excellent 

Their are a reliable company with ddos protection and good phone support
