Is it possible to control the trailing site name at the end of the end of the <title> tag?

What exactly do you want to edit about it?
Can you paste your current title and what you want to change it into?

You can use Search Engine Optimization to change the Title attribute:
System->Site Promotion->Search Engine Optimization

In my example, I want to remove the site's name all together from the TITLE Tag
