GlenP Posted November 1, 2016 Share Posted November 1, 2016 Raising tickets has been flaky for a while. I've been told to go to Manage Purchases and click on the appropriate licence. Scroll down to where you see Support Request. I then need to click on that and raise a ticket that way. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
