For some reason when I attempt to open a support ticket through the client area I receive "something went wrong. Please try again" EX0 error. Is the support module down?
Raising tickets has been flaky for a while. I've been told to go to Manage Purchases and click on the appropriate licence. Scroll down to where you see Support Request. I then need to click on that and raise a ticket that way.
