So recently I've noticed that my ads (I use Google Adsense) are taking WAY too long to appear on the site

The site loads as quickly as usual, but the advert that is located at Site Header can take up to 5 or 6 seconds to appear, by which time the user has moved on and missed it

It's affected my Adsense income by about 40% this month since it started happening

Any ideas?
