Use {member_name} tag in Bulk Email Subject Line

Does anyone know if there is a way to do this? I think it would be a great way to personalize emails if in the subject of the email you could place {member_name} or other bulk email tags. The more personalized it is, the more chances it will get opened. ^_^

It would definitely increase email opens.
