Posted October 9, 20168 yr I apparently have not had enough coffee this morning. I know I'm missing something really simple. I can't seem to find the admin login so I can start my new forums I just purchased.. Can someone kindly tell me what I missed? I purchased the plus 40.. Cloud plan.

Clicking your username (after logged in to forum) will open a drop down menu and will see the adminCP there
October 9, 20168 yr Author ok, I updated my cname and that must be why I can't see that login section. It just goes to a generic site. I'll wait for them to update my cname, I submitted a ticket, I hope they work on sundays. Thanks for the reply...

October 9, 20168 yr Have you informed tech support of the 'new' domain name ? If you are you need to open a ticket and inform them of the new domain name (if you've changed it from one of the provided sub domains) as a small adjustment is needed to allow your own to work correctly.
October 11, 20168 yr Author Thank you for the help, For some reason there system didn't automatically create the forum. They had to manual create it.. I'm all good now. Thanks for the help.
