I have members that "want" an item, what do they put in the price box if it is to be a "?" - we used to just enter a ? and that would display, now it says FREE, 0.00 says FREE

There isn't anyway to not set a price for wtb ads. 

 

Itd be nice if there was, but it's currently not possible.

ACP> Customizations> Languages> Click the "globe" next to your language (you should make another copy of the language and use that one instead of the default) then type in "Completed" in the search and look for the one that is capitalized (COMPLETED)

Just a tip to find and edit phrases faster.

Go to AdminCP -> Customizations -> Languages

Click "Translation Tools" button at the top and enable the "Quick Translating". You'll be able to edit phrases directly as you see them.

Awesome thanks.  What does the last sentence mean exactly...'this will only affect your account'

When enabled, you can click and hold on any word or phrase on your site to quickly translate it for the language you are viewing the site in. This will only affect your account.

Means that only you, logged in, will be able to do this; any other user don't.

Yes, you can revert any lang bit change later.

Yeah, turn it on long enough to make the changes you want, then go disable it once complete.

Hi, just purchased , and in 4.2 beta6 i got this error when tray to edit member group 

ErrorException: Argument 1 passed to IPS\classifieds\extensions\core\ContentRouter\_Classifieds::__construct() must be an instance of IPS\Member, instance of IPS\Member\Group given, called in /var/www/vhosts

It won't work on 4.2, you are gonna have to get the 4.2 version......scroll up and over on this topic to read what @Adriano Faria said about the new version

You need to install the Classified beta.

hi there.
question on PAYPAL WITHDRAWAL on classifieds. 

it seems that if setting is set to [ ] PAYPAL -  then on approval the payment automatically gets processed by PAYPAL as a MASS PAYOUT incurring an unexpected 2% PAYOUT fee.

as we are just processing single purchases is there a 'suggested' way to better set this up?

current process via classifieds checkout:
1. buyer purchases product -->Paypal deduct 2.9 or 4.4% from our paypal
2. seller withdrawal --> Paypal deducts another 2%. from our paypal

All the payment stuff is handled by Commerce app. I just sent the amount, for whom will earn, etc. 

You are talking about PayPal fee, so it must be something done/set on PayPal account, not in the app itself.
