August 22, 20168 yr I've had a problem with mine too, mate. Nothing's changing. My support ticket has been escalated. I'll drop a line here if I find out what the problem is.
August 22, 20168 yr Hi, @Lenny Warren - Support have confirmed it's a bug and have fixed it on my site. I can't see anything for it on the Knowledgebase, so you'll have to go through support. It may help to say that you know that ticket 959947 had the same problem and that Ryan fixed it.
