Posted July 11, 20168 yr Hello, I recently upgraded to 4.1.13.2 and I now constantly receive this warning message on my ACP dashboard. Quote Maintenance tasks The following tasks appear to be locking frequently: gatewayPending. Please run them manually. If you require assistance with any errors shown please contact technical support. I run the task manually, but the error message appears 2 minutes later when the task attempts to auto-run itself. Additionally, a member just contacted me and said they received this error on Paypal when trying to purchase a product on my site: Quote Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay. Prior to the upgrade, I don't believe there were any issues. Firstly, are these issues related? And secondly, is there a solution I should follow?
July 11, 20168 yr Author IPS staff: a ticket has just been submitted, #956234. Todays orders on my site seem to be lower than normal, so I'm not sure if this bug is causing the Paypal issue. If so, it would be ideal to have this solved asap.
