Calendar - Feature Request

Hi,

It would be great if there was an option that allows us to add an event that recurs on a particular day each month.

For example, my members are trying to add an event that happens on the 2nd Thursday of every month.  This can't be done with the current setup.  

As real world examples, my local markets happen on the 1st Saturday of every month, and my local bar has a DJ set on the 1st Friday of every month.  

This is a common way that events are promoted but despite trying several different combinations I can't get this to function on the current calendar.
