Client Area - enhancement

Devs are purposely not directly accessable, or they would never really dev anything. Support issues would be directed up toward the devs if it was need. With regards the sales team, we have Client Account Services in there which any sales queries can be directed toward if needed. Even if you were to ask about buying something in support however, we are always happy to point you in the right direction, or even answer the question you are asking in a lot of cases.
