New Content in 4.1.12.3

Just upgraded to the latest version of Invsion. The previous star icon which brought you to a list of unread threads that have been updated now brings you to a 'My Activity' list that shows all new posts.

Is it possible to get this activity stream to list new content by thread, either in Admin CP or for the user themselves?

In the AdminCP, edit an existing stream or create a new stream and change "Show Me" to Content Items Only.

This will then appear for all members? Where in AdminCP is this?

System - Content Discovery Streams

Create one with

Show items only, All content, no tags filter, all ownership, read status of everything, click to first unread comment, following everything, show since last visit and sort by newest activity. That is virtually the same as the old View New Content but it also includes things like gallery images or blogs etc if you use them.

Now that I've done this, is it by default what appears when users click the 'Unread Content' link or icon?

No, you need to make it the default stream

Tick box at the bottom of the stream you have just made
