Poojitha Posted June 21, 2016 Share Posted June 21, 2016 We have the IPS Commerce package and would like to know what options we have for integrating another email or a set of emails onto our community . to be more specific - we have a help desk support email system that works through users submitting questions through email. we would like to be able to forward the same emails in the form of posts to our forums community.
