I've finally decided to upgrade to IPS 4, and for almost an hour now I've been stuck at "Installing...Please wait while we transfer you..."

Is this normal? 

I sincerely don't want to regret upgrading, but it seems like I can't do anything in IPB without there being a problem somewhere along the line. 

I purchased IPB in 2011, and not one time since then have I ever had anything go smoothly.  I rarely post for help because I usually just research all of the problems myself, but this time, everything passed for installation so I'm totally clueless. 

I'm so tired of this...

Anybody have any ideas?
