Does anyone know where I can learn how the Downloads app works? The more details the better.

More specifically I need to know:

  1. Which tables and fields are used when a file is uploaded and downloaded. Related to this, is there an SQL toolbox like there was in IPS 3.4.*?
  2. Which files are used.
  3. A process flow map of uploading and downloading.
  4. A technical description of how IPS handles storing and retrieving files from Amazon S3.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
