Im noticing many Members are not reading Messages/Conversations and I know they have been on board.

I've also noticed there is no "Indication" at the Envelope/Message icon when there are new Messages or Unread Messages which is why they aren't checking Messages and reading Messages.

Is there some function I can enable so a red number or anything indicates to Members they have Message(s) at the Envelope Icon?

Also, I know there are Notification selections for Messages and would appreciate any ideas on whats the best Notifications Admins and Members can enable so Messages aren't missed.

I think Im all set. some Messaging Notification functions were disabled after the Conversion. I reset and its looking good.
