i did fresh upgrade all signatures lost?

They're likely not lost - they are just not displayed by default (I think)

Click in to your Account Settings -> Signature -> View Signatures -> Toggle On.

If you don't see a Signature option, then go in to the ACP, search for 'sigature' and then click on the Enable Signatures link. And ensure that the option is enabled.
