Posted April 27, 20169 yr Bug reports are moved to the Archived Reports to soon, right after the new version is issued or even before it. It is not possible to reply in the normal way if the bug report is archived and not really fixed. Make archiving after issuing of the next version only (Ex., if a bug reported fixed in 4.1.11 then it should be archived after the 4.1.12 is distributed). You simply do not give time to check and reply. Example 1 and 2 (don't want to waiste the time looking for the url of the bug report).
April 27, 20169 yr I've mentioned this before, they even get closed before the release is out in many cases. They need to stay open a period after so if not fixed fully we can reply.
