Assigning group upon registeration

Any suggestion how to do it? I want when players register for the first time they'll be automatically be assigned to a specific group I've created.

EDIT: I misread. You need to edit your conf_global.php and change the ID from member_group.

I've checked the conf_global.php - i need to change member_group or the number it represents? If i got a group called Beta Testers. What do i change in it?

You change the number - to find the number, look in the ACP -> Members -> Groups. Hover the cursor over the 'edit' icon and look at the URL in the status bar (or go ahead and click it)

id=4 at the end means the number is 4.

Change the value, save the change.
