Hello, im looking for options on what to do with members with invalid mail address, where emails are bouncing, is there any option (button/code/SQL,etc) to force this users to re-set their email, or at least completli disabling (mail) notifications?

You can edit the member to disable their email notifications on the Notifications tab.

wouldn't it be a better option for an admin to be able to move the member to validating account status, that can be reactivated, rather than messing about with their notification settings?
