Anyone have examples and names of the processes that need to run? Not moving forward on completing all the background processes very quickly. 

They are all run from one single cron job - do you have one in place already, or are you relying on site traffic at present?

Hence why it's taking time...turn on the cron functionality that is already available for use.

ACP -> type cron in to the search, click 'Task method'. Enable 'Use cron (recommended)' and there is your cron command that you can then put in to a cron job on your server to run every minute. Then click save. If there are any issues, the ACP will tell you what to do.
