Admins need ability to have new records NOT show in streams

Let's say you are building a database of all the cars in the world. This is a huge database and you are entering possibly a thousand names in a day as separate db records. This floods the streams. Admins/Editors need a quick way to prevent these from showing in streams, including All Activity. With certain databases you don't need the record to show in the streams. Especially when doing bulk data entry as the building process. We just want to build it and when users want to look a record up they will look it up alphabetically and by category. So admins need some sort of setting to not show new records in the stream for certain databases (except for comments and reviews of course).
