April 3, 20168 yr Great plugin, It's an shame that IPB does not have that option. But again you can go into the the core files and change the default image

May 1, 20168 yr Love this idea. I've been thinking about this ever since IPS v4 was released with the cover photos on the profiles. Can you think about the following enhancement: 1. Randomized cover photos? (Eg. I upload 5 choices, and the system chooses one)

May 1, 20168 yr Can I ask how the server stores the default cover photo? For example, do all of the default cover photos point to the original source image, or is the source image copied for each user over and over again?
May 1, 20168 yr Author It's not copied. It's stored once into the database and then when a user registers it will set their cover photo.
May 1, 20168 yr Just now, Tom Irons said: It's not copied. It's stored once into the database and then when a user registers it will set their cover photo. Okay, got it. I do like the idea of default cover photos and default profile photos, since so many of my members don't take the time to upload anything and it leads to a very grey and boring and faceless community. I've had an idea for a long time for "Default Profiles" ... where there would be a choice of cover photos, choice of user profiles, and perhaps even some default profile text to encourage users to replace it with their own. (My thinking is that it's hard to start with a blank box - how do you even begin to describe yourself?? But it's a lot easier to replace and correct something already there). This is the closest thing to the idea, and even though your plugin is very simplistic, I appreciate you taking your time to publish it to the IPS Marketplace.
February 16, 20178 yr This is exactly what I am looking for. One question for those currently using it: Is this compatible with IPS Community Suite version 4.1.18 and up? Thanks!

February 27, 20178 yr Author @klevoclubRF Is that image too big or small? If not then inspect the page to see if the resource (image) is being found.
March 17, 20178 yr Any size not displayed!Perhaps the error lies in the fact that the forum runs on php 5.6.19?

October 1, 20177 yr @Tom Irons How is this working these days? I saw this review... ....has anyone had the "repositioning" issue Devrix has had?
