With the validating group being removed and it now being a flag to differentiate between validated and non-validated members of the members group, there is no way to select only validated members for bulk mails

This is potentially a big problem. Every non-validated address could be false represented or non-existant. With sites like Yahoo already being on a hair trigger to prevent spamming websites it is important that admins can select not to send bulk mails to members who are not validated.

If that's true, and if you send bulk mail to non-validated members through bulk mail, this would be a big offence within EU-wide privacy policy laws. And it really becomes expensive, if you would use non-validated members email addresses for sending bulk mail with advertisement included!

Anyone can please confirm this critical bug, in case emails truly won't be selected if validated or not?
