Ocean West Posted March 9, 2016 Share Posted March 9, 2016 there are so many things that could be debugged and fixed if only you had all the information at hand when someone makes a support request or contact us post all the meta data that is essentially free without forcing the user to fill out a form or multiple communication exchange requesting such info. browser platform versions os screen theme etc... everything that doesn't require you to have to go dig or as for this information.
