I've noticed on IPS4 that this feature existed when a user had been warned by a staff member. However I don't see an option to make this somewhat transparent to the community. Obviously I don't think people should be able to look at Moderator Notes, but certainly see how the "Laws" of the site were laid down, so that it's an open and somewhat transparent system. I've seen it done on some communities and I think it's a good idea. If this is already possible then forgive my ignorance, apparently I don't know where to enable it.
