You could maybe go with other board software like phpBB, WBB, etc. and import the data there and then import the data from the phpBB, WBB, etc. in your IP.S 4.1 installation. Morrigan Posted March 7, 2016 Share Posted March 7, 2016 Not tested @Durango but I believe that you can "Download" the memberlist of one and "Import" it to the other. I am unsure on how it deals with this information on the backend (display names etc) but I think it's the only solution to what you are looking for. Edit: I looked at it and it allows you to choose this information from the information you are importing and you can take the email address from the new database. AndyF Posted March 9, 2016 Share Posted March 9, 2016 Choose IPBoard as the source for the import Ideally the best way to do this is to (assuming you have backups and not a live 3x board) restore one so its working, install the converter app then use that to 'import' the other 3x data into it. Bear in mind the "other" 3x data needs to be on the same server and account, but you only really need the database and /uploads (and /downloads /screenshots if you plan to import IP.Downloads too) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
