I have received such messages three or four times in last few months ... The another problem is that Ill come to knwo only when I also get it or some other member say to me 

when it send to members - the mail is also sent about PM notification  which has a cost too

 

Is there a software or tool by which they are sending... and how can we delete all the messages send by such spammer

Shut off their ability to send private messages. Also start an entry group that members are enrolled in as soon as they start up. Then after 5 or 10 legitimate posts they are promoted to a group that allows to send private messages. This will weed out those kind of members.

She sounds nice, did you get the picture of her?  must have a bit of money working at Nasa, if you manage to bag a date make sure you planet well

I've been using registration question on my site that seems to weed out nearly 100% of this kind of problem.
