Lenny Warren Posted February 24, 2016 Share Posted February 24, 2016 I'm maybe missing something obvious here, but... I have a military history forum, and I have multiple groups based on army rank. They start as Private and work them selves up the ranks. I recently added a rank below Private, cadet, but new recruits are still starting in Private.
