Hi, I purchased my 6 monthly license key a month or so back and I entered it in the appropriate area.

Now when I log on to the Admin CP it randomly tells me I need to enter it again as if I never entered it in the first place.

I've entered it each time in case I have not been doing it right but I cannot find any thing else I should be doing.

This has probably happened 5 times in the last 4 weeks. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Please make sure you are using the latest version (3.4.9 or 4.1.8.1). Upgrade if necessary.

If you are using the latest version, and that keeps happening, please file a ticket to Support.
