Is there a way to reset  the emoticons back to default? 

Now when you type ":)" it refers to an image "undefined" instead of the  smiley.

Oh I see. I recall that happening a couple of weeks ago. But for me at least it looks "normal" now as it did when I posted, see pic:

Caching issue perhaps ?
