My front-end forum works perfectly fine but the admin cp is broken, I use nginx but i don't think thats the issue. No idea how to fix this.

Do you see any errors in your error log ( uploads/logs directory) ? 
I would also suggest to create a ticket the next time this happens. It's much faster and easier to handle this via tickets
