Posted January 24, 20169 yr I went to download the IPB 4 series package but gotten the error. I everything is fine as I'm downloading the IPB 3 series with no problems. I open up a ticket maybe it not just me.
January 24, 20169 yr It's not just you. I can't download IPB4, and chat is down with license errors on both my sites. It's been this way for more than 6 hours with no response on tickets.
January 24, 20169 yr We're working on this as I type this and it should be resolved soon, sorry for the trouble.

I tried to reinsert my license since it showed blank in the license area, and got an error message that it was invalid, I'm assuming because your license server is having issues, so now I need to know how late I need to wait up to paste in my license to get rid of the error messages / get chat running again.

January 24, 20169 yr Hello, this issue has been corrected, in your admincp live search (top right box) please type in "license" then pull up the license key page, then select "replace license key" and enter your license key, this will resolve this issue. Thank you again and I'm sorry for the trouble here, have a great weekend.
January 24, 20169 yr What about the update checks? I am trying to upgrade to 3.4.9 (and already uploaded the files), but the ACP and the upgrade section won’t let me saying everything is “up to date”.
January 24, 20169 yr That's not related to this issue, please start a new topic or submit a ticket, best guess is you didn't upload the files to the proper location though.
