There is no option to mark so called "Out of date" language strings as translated. For exmaple, If older .xml file is imported to the newer IPS CS version, all languge strings are marked as out of date and there is no option to mark most of them as translated.  

At least per page button "Mark translated" should be added. Or it should be the database record which is containing information with changed language strings per each IPS CS version. If you are importing xml file now, then all language strings are at once out of date and this is very strange and unprofessional.
