Hi,

I'm having issues with a failed upgrade. If I go into the upgrade screen it tells me that the upgrade is unfinished. I can't continue the upgrade as I get a 500 error. Starting a fresh upgrade I get an error saying there are no components to upgrade.

 

The error in my log is:

mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 45 seconds, referer: https://domain.com.../admin/?

I've taken the timeout to 120 seconds and the script is still timing out.

I don't believe this is an issue with my server, I think something has gone wrong with the upgrade. I've also tried manually uploading all the files and still have the same issue.

 

Any ideas would be most appreciated.

Well managed to fix the upgrade, I ended up having to increase the timeout to 600 seconds!
